Progress Lost or Reset

If your game progress has disappeared or restarted from the beginning, it means the local data on your device has been removed or reset.

Steps to Resolve:

• Check for Reinstallation or Data Clearing

  Progress is saved only on your device. If the game was reinstalled, updated through a clean install, or if app data was cleared, your previous progress is permanently lost.

• Restore Purchases (for Non-Consumable Items)

  Any items you purchased that are permanent, such as ad-removal or premium unlocks, can be restored.

• Keep the Game Installed

  To prevent future loss, avoid uninstalling or clearing game data. Your progress remains saved as long as the game stays installed on the same device.

• Contact Support

  If you restored your purchases but still don’t see them, contact our support team and share your purchase details screenshot or receipt.
