Restart the game
Close the game completely and reopen it. Purchases may take a short while to appear, and restarting helps the game refresh your account.
Check your purchase history
Open your Google Play or App Store purchase history to confirm that the transaction was completed and charged successfully.
Ensure you’re signed in to the correct account
Confirm that you’re logged into the same store account used to make the purchase. Purchases can’t be shared or transferred between different accounts or devices.
Allow a short delay for delivery
Sometimes store servers take longer to confirm your purchase. Wait a few minutes and check the game again.
Use Restore Purchases
If you’re playing on iOS, open the game’s Settings and tap Restore Purchases. This restores only non-consumable items, such as premium upgrades or ad removal.
Android users will automatically have their purchases restored when signed in with the same Google Play account used for the purchase.
