If a purchase was made by mistake or without your authorisation, the refund process is handled directly by the platform where the payment occurred, Google Play or the App Store.
Game support teams can’t process refunds directly, but you can request one through your store account using the steps below.
For Google Play Users
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
- Locate the purchase and tap Report a problem.
- Select “I didn’t mean to buy this” or “Unauthorized purchase” and follow the instructions to submit your request.
You can also visit Google Play Refunds to submit a request through your browser.
For App Store (iOS) Users
- Go to Apple’s Report a Problem page.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the purchase and select Request a refund.
- Choose a reason such as “I didn’t mean to buy this” or “Unauthorized purchase.”
Apple will review the request and contact you directly by email once it’s processed.
Important Notes
- Refunds are managed according to Google and Apple’s store policies.
- Most requests are reviewed within a few business days.
- Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
If you still see repeated or unexpected charges after requesting a refund, check that your store account and payment details are secure before making new purchases.
